Tech Tip: Before shipping your printer, set it to Transport Mode to prevent damage.

Remove ink and film from the cassettes. Put the empty cassettes back into the printer.

Reset the printer to show a “Film Search” error message.

Press Menu until Transport Mode is displayed. Press Enter.

The printer will move the rollers into the correct position. Turn the printer off and ship.
