60mil Thick Cards

Did you know our printers have the ability to print cards up to 60mil thick with some simple modifications?

1. Swap out the feed roller for the black one

2. Cut the “teeth” on the hopper and remove the thickness gauge

3. Set the Card X offset to +7

4. The bend remedy roller should be installed in the unit (K30 and K60 models have it pre-installed)
